4oz lean white meat ground turkey
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup canned tomato sauce
Mix above ingredients and simmer 5min.
2 cups romaine lettuce
3 sliced black olives
2 slices of avocado
2 Tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
5 crushed tortilla chips, crushed
1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Heat skillet with nonstick cooking spray over med heat. Add the garlic, turkey, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5min, or until turkey is cooked through. Meanwhile, pile the lettuce onto a dinner plate and top with olives, avocado, cheese, and tortilla chips. Spoon turkey onto salad and drizzle with ranch dressing. Option: use a dollop of plain greek yogurt to use as sour cream instead of the dressing. It adds protein! Serves 1.
