A healthy meal based on Beachbody's Ultimate Reset recipes! Shown here with a sweet potato with cinnamon.

1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 carrot, cut in thin diagonal slices
1/4 cup broccoli florets
2 tsp chopped red bell pepper
1/4 small zucchini, cut into half-moon slices
1 1/2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or Himalayan salt to taste

 In a lg wok or pan heat oils over high heat. Add carrot and cook 1-2min. Add broccoli and cook 5min more. Add remaining veggies and reduce heat to med. Cook stirring until veg are tender-crisp. Turn off heat and add aminos or salt. Stir well. Serves 1.
