Here is your Day 1 to get that booty tighter, firmer, and higher!!
- Do as shown and make sure to keep your abdominals/core engaged while doing each exercise.
- Do each one for as long as you can - try doing it to at least 1 song (about 3-5min).
- Remember to switch legs on those utilizing 1 leg at a time.
