5-DAY BOOTY CHALLENGE - DAY 1!

Here is your Day 1 to get that booty tighter, firmer, and higher!! 
  • Do as shown and make sure to keep your abdominals/core engaged while doing each exercise. 
  • Do each one for as long as you can - try doing it to at least 1 song (about 3-5min). 
  • Remember to switch legs on those utilizing 1 leg at a time. 
  • Have fun!
