Pumpkin Pie Shakeology There is a full serving of yummy pumpkin in this pie-flavored smoothie. Pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamin A, which is important for healthy teeth and vision.
Total Time: 5 min. Prep Time: 5 min. Cooking Time: None Preparation Difficulty: Easy Yield: 1 serving
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped raw pecans
1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ cup ice (add more to taste)
1. Place almond milk, pumpkin puree, pecans, maple syrup (or honey), pumpkin pie spice, Shakeology, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
